By Yard Athletics – Feb 22nd, 2019
Can you believe it’s the last Friday in February?? Not sure if that means spring is almost here (isn’t there still snow on the ground?) but either way, the year seems to be flying by.
Regardless of that… we are back and better than ever, with a brand new edition of 20 Questions! Today we have the privilege of featuring Yves Millette, a Yard Athletics regular who has been coming to the gym for over 3 years now.
Yves is the father to two children (Caroline & Sam), husband to Dianne (32 years!), and grandfather to Marlowe and Wilder. If he’s not spending time somewhere in Kitsilano (or pushing weight around at the Yard) he and the family can be found in Vernon at Predator Ridge.
As always, 20 new questions below, where we find out what the best dish in the city is, what Yves’s last meal on earth would be (it’s a good one), and his fitness goal for 2019.
Enjoy!
