What We Test

VO₂ Max Testing

The gold standard for cardiovascular fitness.
VO₂ max testing measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. It’s one of the most accurate ways to understand aerobic capacity, endurance potential, and conditioning limits.

You’ll complete a progressive treadmill test while wearing a lightweight mask that measures:

We assess:

  • Fatigue rate
