What We Test
VO₂ Max Testing
The gold standard for cardiovascular fitness.
VO₂ max testing measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise. It’s one of the most accurate ways to understand aerobic capacity, endurance potential, and conditioning limits.
Wingate Testing
A clear look at explosive power and anaerobic capacity.
The Wingate Test is a 30-second, all-out effort on a specialized cycling ergometer. It shows how quickly you can produce power — and how well you maintain it when fatigue hits.
