Matt Flanagan is one of the best! Knowledgeable and committed to his clients' success. I feel grateful for having met him and the team at Yard Athletics. I would recommend Matt to anyone who's an experienced athlete or looking to boost their fitness after years of being sedentary. Don't think twice about joining a group class or treating yourself to personal training. You won't regret it!

Yard is my favourite gym in the city. I've been training here for over a year and it is truly unmatched. All the coaches make you feel so welcomed and at home as soon as you step foot in the gym - an amazing community to be a part of. Top of the line facility and people, I truly can't recommend it enough. Matt is my coach and he is incredible. I go into every PT session with him confident I'm going to get a great workout tailored to my goals and have fun while doing it. He's super attentive, knowledgeable and just a great guy all around. My muscles have never been more sore after a session with him (in the best way possible) !! Thanks Ilan for creating such a positive and impactful community at Yard!

Great space, great people and an even better workout! The group sessions are so much fun and perfectly challenging. I did a morning class before work with the team and the workout with great music has me extremely energized. Every trainer at the yard is extremely knowledgeable and so supportive! You have to try this place out!
