Athletic Group Training
Our Athletic Group Training sessions are a small taste of what you can experience via our customized strength & conditioning packages. We offer two different athletic group training sessions which vary in design and objective. Whether you are a new to working out, an ex-crossfitter, or one time professional athlete looking to remain in game shape in case you get the nod, take a look at The Old Fashioned or The Quick & Dirty group classes to fit your needs.
The Old Fashioned
A classic strength training session
Train like an athlete. This workout consists of variations on the squat, hip hinge, pressing and rowing patterns using various planes of motion to be followed by a high intensity circuit.
The Quick & Dirty
An hour of power
Time is of the essence and at the end of a long work day we understand that calculating how much weight you need on the bar or tracking your rest intervals won’t be your priority. Join us as we take you through a series of high intensity, full-body circuits – we will handle all of the details.
