After an initial consultation to determine your physical goals and objectives, a customized training program is built out and put into action so as to attain and exceed your athletic aspirations be they strength, power, endurance, mobility, aesthetic, or general health.

1-on-1 Strength & Conditioning

A customized strength & conditioning program tailored to your athletic objectives and needs, determined in conjunction with our staff of strength & conditioning specialists.

2-on-1 Strength & Conditioning

A customized strength & conditioning program tailored to you and your training partner’s athletic objectives and needs, determined in conjunction with our staff of strength & conditioning specialists. NOTE: All doubles training sessions must be applied in conjunction with another training partner.

Athletic Group Training

Our Athletic Group Training sessions are a small taste of what you can experience via our customized strength & conditioning packages. Whether you are a new to working out, an ex-crossfitter, or one time professional athlete looking to remain in game shape in case you get the nod, take a look at The Barn Yard, The Junk Yard, Yard Sale or Bone Yard, group classes to fit your needs.

Barn Yard

A classic strength & conditioning training session
Train like an athlete. This workout consists of variations on the squat, hip hinge, pressing and rowing patterns using various planes of motion. 2-3 full body complexes followed by a high intensity circuit. All experience levels are welcome and modifications can be made to suit your needs. 12 participant maximum.

Junk Yard

An advanced level, strength based training session
Catered towards intermediate & advanced lifters, come in and train in a group setting while focusing on getting stronger in the fundamental lifts. Variations of the squat, deadlift, press & row will be the meat & potatoes of the workout with accessory work served as the accoutrement. 10 participant maximum.

Yard Sale

A high intensity, full body circuit class
Time is of the essence and we understand that calculating how much weight you need on the bar or tracking your rest intervals won’t be your priority. Join us as we take you through a series of high intensity, full-body circuits – we will handle all of the details. 12 participant maximum.

Bone Yard

Semi-Private, intermediate level strength & conditioning training session
The pioneer of Group Training Classes at "The Yard", The Bone Yard is our early morning weekday offering. These athlete inspired training sessions will be sure to challenge you mentally & physically and leave you ready for the work day ahead.
