After an initial consultation to determine your physical goals and objectives, a customized training program is built out and put into action so as to attain and exceed your athletic aspirations be they strength, power, endurance, mobility, aesthetic, or general health.

A customized strength & conditioning program tailored to your athletic objectives and needs, determined in conjunction with our staff of strength & conditioning specialists.

2-on-1 Strength & Conditioning

A customized strength & conditioning program tailored to you and your training partner’s athletic objectives and needs, determined in conjunction with our staff of strength & conditioning specialists. NOTE: All doubles training sessions must be applied in conjunction with another training partner.

Athletic Group Training

Our Athletic Group Training sessions are a small taste of what you can experience via our customized strength & conditioning packages. Whether you are a new to working out, an ex-crossfitter, or one time professional athlete looking to remain in game shape in case you get the nod, take a look at the Bone Yard, Junk Yard, Yard Sale, Back Yard or School Yard group classes to fit your needs.

Bone Yard

Pioneering our Athletic Group Training Classes at Yard Athletics, "The Bone Yard" is an intermediate level group offering. These athlete-inspired training sessions will be sure to challenge you mentally and physically. Be ready to execute various lifts and movement patterns utilizing barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls and body weight.
At least 1 year of weight training experience is HIGHLY recommended prior to participation.

Junk Yard

Atmosphere: Big lifts. Big pumps. Lots of chalk.

An advanced level, strength based training session catered towards experienced lifters. Come and train in a group setting while focusing on getting stronger in the fundamental lifts. Variations of the squat, deadlift, press and row will be the meat & potatoes of the workout, with accessory work serving as the "accoutrement".
At least 2 years of weight training experience is HIGHLY recommended prior to participation.

Yard Sale

Atmosphere: Fun enough to crack jokes; hard enough that you'll need a spare shirt for after.

An intermediate level, high intensity, full body circuit class. Time is of the essence and we understand that calculating how much weight you need on the bar or tracking your rest intervals won’t be your priority. Join us as we take you through a series of high intensity, full-body circuits utilizing barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls and body weight.
At least 1 year of weight training experience is HIGHLY recommended prior to participation.

Atmosphere: Your milkshake brings EVERYONE to The Yard

An intermediate level, "backside" focused strength training class. Fine tune your posterior chain through fundamental strength training modalities utilizing barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls and body weight exercises. Our systematically programmed training protocols will be sure to light a fire under your booty.
At least 1 year of weight training experience is HIGHLY recommended prior to participation.

School Yard

Atmosphere: Grab a pencil, come learn the A-B-C's

Our beginner strength training class where you can learn the fundamentals of weight training with our expert coaching staff. A prerequisite to attendance in our other group classes, we will go over everything you need to know in order to feel confident at Yard Athletics. Learn proper gym etiquette, warm-up protocols and human movement patterns, specifically the squat, hinge, lunge, press & row.
0 experience necessary prior to attendance.
